Refund policy

Sometimes the swing just doesn’t feel right, and that’s okay. If your Strokes Polo isn't quite up to par, you’ve got 7 days from the day you receive it to send it back our way.

A few ground rules before you tee off your return or exchange:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and with tags still on.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Customers cover the return shipping (unless we made a mistake on our end, then that one’s on us).
• Once we get your item back and check it in, we’ll process your exchange or store credit within 5–7 business days.

Sales or Discounted Items are not eligible for return. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

To start your return or exchange, just email us at strokessocietyph@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong. We’ll guide you from there.
