What's a pre-order?
A pre-order lets you reserve your Strokes Polo before stocks officially arrive. It’s like calling dibs on the tee box.
When can I pre-order?
Pre-Order window starts from December 5th to 19th.
When will I get my order?
QA wraps their final check on December 20th, passing the polos to us like a clean approach shot. Pre-orders will start shipping out by December 22nd. Same-Day shipping for Metro Manila orders, and the rest of the Philippines will be shipped out via LBC/J&T with a 3-7 business days estimated delivery date.
We’ll notify you of any possible delays immediately.
How much does shipping cost?
All pre-ordered items are shipped for free!
Can I cancel my pre-order?
We understand impulsive decisions. You can cancel your orders within 24 hours of ordering.

What is the return and exchange policy?
Sometimes the swing just doesn’t feel right, and that’s okay. If your Strokes Polo isn't quite up to par, you’ve got 7 days from the day you receive it to send it back our way. Our full Return & Exchange Policy can be found here.
